I used to blame my injuries for the reason why I didn't reach my goals within those activities, but now I try to shift that energy towards learning from injuries. Working with Dr. Khong has made that process much easier, enjoyable, and educational by providing knowledge and guidance of movement so that in the future injuries will not take such a toll on my body. I am  forever a student with the glass half full. Joining the movement culture here in Chicago has taught me so much in such a short time.
